2. Hosting and server log files

This website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare automatically processes data that your browser transmits (for example IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). This is technically necessary to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. No third-party content, no cookies, no tracking

This website does not load fonts or any other content from third parties, does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
